skydread Posted October 21, 2015 Share Posted October 21, 2015 Hey Corsair, Ever since the recent firmware update, I've been noticing my headset is turning off automatically on its own every couple of minutes (5-10 minutes). I am often using Skype, along with Heroes of the Storm, when this occurs, with only Steam, Origin, Corsair Link and CUE running in the background. Corsair Chris Posted October 22, 2015 Share Posted October 22, 2015 It appears that the auto shut-off function isn't working the way it should. If there's audio playing or button presses it should stop the shut-off process, but that's not the case at the moment. Some users have mentioned being able to find a work around such as re-pairing the headset and uninstalling then reinstalling CUE. We are aware of this issue and we're working on fixing it soon. Ferry Posted October 25, 2015 Share Posted October 25, 2015 I've had the same issue with my regular Void wireless. If I'm in a call only (no other sounds playing) then it will shut down - I now run my music player, turn its volume all the way down so it's almost off and leave it playing when I'm in a call.
