Default Are my CPU temps normal while using the H100i GT

Hi, first time poster here,
I was curious enough to ask if my CPU temps are normal while using the h100i GT.

The room I am in is at about 26 C, with my CPU being an i7-4790k at 1.118V.
When doing nothing at all my CPU is at about 31 C, and while playing games, (I've tested so far with GTA V), the CPU goes to about 45 C. Are these temps fine?
