arqcova Posted October 3, 2020 Share Posted October 3, 2020 Hello, from a couple of months, I have a very annoying issue with my mouse, random double clicks, I use this mouse for CAD work and 3D modeling, and the problem it's messing with my work, any help, or tips? Have you tried performing a soft reset on the mouse? To reset your mouse: Unplug the mouse.With the mouse unplugged, hold down the left and right mouse buttons.While holding down the mouse buttons, plug the mouse back into the computer.After around 5 seconds, release the buttons. You will see an LED flash if it resets successfully. It may also be worth checking to see if the issue persists after exiting iCUE. If neither of these work, I recommend getting in touch with our support team by opening a ticket at https://help.corsair.com as they'll be able to help you further troubleshoot (if necessary) and provide any necessary solutions.
