Cform
I recently put a new build together with a Obsidian Series 550D case. I love the case except that the power button seems WAY to sensitive. Seriously, if I tap near the front USB ports with my finger (not even that hard) the computer will restart. I'm hoping that this is not normal and maybe I can just RMA the front panel... I really don't want to take the entire PC apart and have to wait for weeks just for a faulty power button. Has anyone else had the "too sensitive power button" problem? peanutz94
Yup just use the link on the left to request an RMA for the case , but in the comments section let them know you need the front panel I/O piece. They should send you a new one. Don't worry about the UPC code for the rebate, the most they will ask you is purchase date or for a sales receipt if anything.
