mitchell_23423
So I have recently got bought my self the Corsair VOID Carbon headset. Since when I just needed something to use on my ps4 I thought that this would be the best thing to get for communicating with friends over the games that I play. At first I loved it when I was only playing by my self I found the audio to be great. But when I started playing with friends my problems had started. It turns out that my mic audio was terrible and some could not understand me. To the ones that could hear me they said that my voice was very deep and had a robotic tone to it making it very hard to understand me. The ones that couldn't hear me said that it was all just gibberish. I really do not want to end up blowing $80 on a pair of headsets that don't work. Toasted
Which VOID headset do you have? VOID Wireless, VOID USB, VOID Surround, VOID Stereo? Does the microphone work fine on a computer?

Toasted
It may be best to contact customer service and see whether or not you can figure it out with them. The only resource i found relating to console was this which doesn't seem like it will resolve your issue. http://www.corsair.com/en-us/blog/2016/march/void%20gaming%20headset%20on%20consoles
