I am really disappointed in Corsair's email communication.

I sent an email about the COD fee I was charged on the Friday I received the RMA replacement, and forwarded it to a different department on the following Tuesday. I finally got my first response today. But the response was merely the tracking number of the RMA! That's it.

I know the RMA was delivered. That's why I paid a COD fee! Did they even read my email?

I could've refused the package, delayed the RMA, and wasted the resources of both UPS and Corsair. Instead, I chose to pay the fee with confidence that Corsair would reimburse me for mistakenly sending the package without any indication on the box that it was a warranty replacement and not a new purchase.

Such a reply is insulting.

Thanks Ram Guy. You're one of the main reasons why Corsair has such a good reputation in customer service.

Edit: Crap, I forgot to include a link to this thread in the email.

You can send it again if you like to be sure, as I don't remember anything in email

Tony
Your last email was received and forwarded but there is no comments.
CSG would have just checked the shipping information and saw that we sent the module and you got them. You should send the email again and ask them what you are wanting to ask them.
Please send the email to rma@corsairmemory.com and CC it to Ramguy@corsairmemory.com and I will forward it to a supervisor.

I don't know how much clearer I can get from my original email.

If they could just take a few seconds to read the opening line, instead of just checking the subject line and referencing the RMA #, then maybe the concept of email communication would work in this case.

Thanks for your prompt, consistent communication and efforts, Ram Guy.

This is a copy of the email.
I don't have your original email and I don't know why you did not get an answer.
I did send them a message and asked them to contact you but you will have to ask them directly about the problem, I am sorry I don't have anything to do with International shipping.

I forwarded my original email to you, and what you posted was the additional note to the attached original email. I will send a new email.

Still no answer. Not one reply at least acknowledging that they've read my email.

I replied to you personally on (Tuesday, June 26, 2007 3:26 PM) and on (Friday, June 22, 2007 9:36 AM). I have a copy of the email's that were sent to you, do you have spam software running please check your spam folder and make sure.
Part of the problem in finding you is the email you are using is different from the one you registered on our forum. universal@***.###
