HX 850i is not detected by Corsair link

My HX 850i is not detected by Corsair link. I have tested the Motherboard USB socket which is ok, the lead is firmly inserted into the power supply (which otherwise works ok). I've reinstalled the software, making sure that all settings folders were also deleted, but still the problem persists. I'm thinking its either the socket on the psu, lead or a software issue, any ideas ?

any ideas ?

Is it listed on Devices and Printers?

Provide some debug information like http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?t=165317 did.

The SIV initial + [uSB Bus] + [Link Devices] + [Link Status] + [Link Fans] panels allow the root cause of many hardware issues to be determined and resolved. If you need help with a CL hardware issue I recommend attaching these screen shots to your post.

Error 259 No more data is available.

Link devices says no AIO devices found ?

That refers to the coolers yes?

What do you mean by the SIV initial (I've not used it before).

No, it should list your PSU as it does on the other system below.

The initial screen is what you get when it starts.
