rda10002002
After upgrading to the newest software my link system can no longer see my cooling node, it could not see it on 2,2 either. I had the same issues in 2.2 but due to the fact I was on windows 8 I waited till now to see if it was an issue with the node or software. I know the cooling node and commander unit are on the latest firmware. I followed the guide for the firmware upgrade when the firmware was first released. Anyone have an idea of what to do? I have been trying to get ahold of tech support but I have not heard anything back after a few voicemails.
Toasted
Check the LINK Digital cable connections Shutdown your computer and leave it for for ~30 seconds. Turn it back on. Does the SW see the node? Try another LINK Digital cable and see if that helps. Is the Molex connector plugged in?
Frank28
its a bug in the software I had to update the firmware to 1.2.5 with corsair link v2.0.16 but I'm on win7 not sure if it will work on win8. check my post here (http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=117043&page=4) all files I used are there. I still have issues with other stuff also but this resolved that issue.
