Sad Corsair Vengeance 2000

Bonjour.
Je ne parle pas Anglais, désoler.Donc je passe Google Traduction .

Je possède le casque Vengeance 2000 qui fonctionne très bien. Le casque à été acheter le 25 novembre 2012 (AMAZON)
Mais je viens de voir qu'il y a une micro fissure à l'intérieur de l'écouteur coté droit. :

Il me semble qu'il y a plusieurs utilisateurs qui ont eu se problème ,du à un défaut au niveau de la qualité du plastique ou de conception.

Quand n'est -il du remplacement ?

I have the Vengeance 2000 headset that works very well. The helmet was buying 25 November 2012 (AMAZON)

It depends on the what type the email is.

If it's asking you to ship the headset, click the link and it will give you instructions for packing and shipping.
