Question Corsair T1 Race Gaming Chair - Top Half skewed to the right

Hello. I recently assembled a Corsair T1 Race Gaming Chair. When I inspected it after I was finished, I found that the top half of the chair is tilted ever so slightly to the right (downwards).

This results in the armrests being uneven as well as the cushion dipping down on the right.
While this may seem like a very minor issue, it is very frustrating.
I would like to know if there is something I could adjust to correct this issue.

Thank you,

Hi Buddy

It shouldn't be like that (just got one of these my self). and i cant see anything you could adjust to get it that way in the first place. I would open a support ticket Dude. get some photos of it and add those to the ticket... click 'Support Ticket System' at the top of this page.

This can also happen if you're tightening the back to the seat bottom and doing one side completely before the other. You can loosen the screws holding the back, making sure the back is lined up straight, then slowly alternating tightening the screws so there's even pressure being applied from both sides.
