Default Vengeance RGB PRO on MSI Z390

Quick question, can I use iCue to control RAM lighting while having Mystic Light installed at the same time to control the lighting of the GPU and MOBO??? For instance I know Mystic Light usually overwrites 3rd party software...

Yes, you just unlink it in the mystic light software i would imagine.

I have the MSI Z390 Gaming Pro Carbon + 2x8gb Vengenace RGB Pro + 2x Vengenace RGB Pro Lightning Enchancement Kit.

Works without any issues.
