Do you have the Corsair Link cable properly connected from the H100i block to a USB header on your motherboard? Did you install the most recent version of Link as an administrator?

hi Dustin,

I installed the latest version: 3.1.5667

yes, the first thing I thought was the cause of the problem was some installation error, I even changed the usb slot thought it might be some bad contact in the slot where it was before, but nothing has changed and I believe that everything is connected properly, because everything is working, the LED is lit and the fans are running at max

but when I open the Corsair Link it shows all my PC components, cpu, gpu, fans, etc., except h100i and its components

I read in the release notes for h100i is necessary to carry out some edits in Windows registry so that the corsair link works, but I did not find such instructions on how and where it should be made such changes, you can help me with this......if you believe that's the problem

We just released a new version of Link that should solve these issues here.
