"Repeat Constantly" Macro not turning off when I hit another button.

So, it used to be that if I had any macro running on my mouse, it would cease once I pressed a different button on the mouse. I have a Scimitar. Recently, though, it macro keeps executing regardless of hitting other buttons or not.

 

Is this a bug? Did they chance how the macros work?

Am I really the only one with this problem? If so, could someone let me know so I at least know the problem is with my installation and not with the software?
