UK Warranty Replacement #2000802961

I sent a PSU in for a warranty replacement. 3 weeks ago I was told that the replacement has been booked and that I would be told when it has been shipped. Unfortunately I have received no word on whether it has shipped and I still have not received the replacement. Any help regarding the delay would be much appreciated.
