MrLukeGamesYT Posted January 16, 2015 Share Posted January 16, 2015 I have a windows 8.1 computer, and it wont let me open the software for the headset, I have tried re-installing it 5 times, and it still wont open. HELP?! Also, I get constant static on the headset, I submitted a support ticket at least a week ago, but I haven't received a a email notice saying that the new dongle has shipped yet. I think that the support of Corsair is awful, and I am debating whether to return the headset, and get a different one. It has been nothing but problems from the time I got it. scriptbunny Posted June 29, 2015 Share Posted June 29, 2015 hi i know this is a few months old. i am experiencing the same thing. windows 8.1 64x OS. the corsair icon is in systray. double click does nothing right click brings up 3 optings: Restore (greyed out) information (greyed out) Exit i have tried reinstalling the software twice.
