Thunderpants
Hi, After installing a newly purchased H115i Platinum in my PC, I have now lost HD audio from my m/b. Ryzen 3700X Gigabyte Aorus Master I've tried: 1. installing and uninstalling/re-installing the Realtek drivers from Gigabyte 2. Uninstalling the Audio devices from Device Mgr and rebooting the PC - it just re-installs the audio devices. There are no "!" marks against any devices. Has anyone experienced this before or have any idea how to fix this? Thanks!
DevBiker
Did you check to make sure that HD Audio was selected as the default audio device in Windows?
Thunderpants
It wasn't showing as a device - totally missing from windows. what I did was completely disconnect my H115i Plat, re-install the stock cooler, reboot and still no HD Audio. Then I re-installed my H115i and it appeared back again in Windows! Seriously, no idea why this happened!
