Sounds identical to this.

New setup, keyboard in, flashing lights.

Tried this, no luck.

If I've missed a thread and this is all fixed, my apologies.

If not... and this keyboard has lost it's purpose simply because I changed my motherboard, I'll laugh and cry. Totally not acceptable guys. £60 for a few months...

Have you tried updating the firmware to see if it will fix this? If the 3 lights are still blinking after the FW update, it will need to be replaced.

Hi Henry,

The FW updater refuses to even accept the keyboard us plugged in...

"cannot open USB device, please plug the device into a USB port of reinstall driver!"

I have tried front, back, usb2, usb3 ports. I have also tried this after the above link.. i.e. replacing/installing drivers, and installing all software.

When you say replace, do you mean RMA direct with Corsair? I doubt Scan will touch it as it was working on arrival lol

Yep, assuming you are under the 2 year warranty, submit a RMA and have it replaced. https://corsair.secure.force.com/
