Default How long for a RMA request to be answered ?

I'm desperate to get a ram stick replaced and was wondering how long it takes for Corsair to reply to an RMA request.

Been reading that it could take weeks.

I'm assuming this is my ticket number "Your request 2000748942".

They emailed me asking for more info which i supplied to them. Any idea how long they take to reply to the emails ?

Very long time. A Week between answers if you're lucky. I have been waiting for 12 Days now for a response

Support at Corsair has become a bit of a joke. Why give long and lifetime warranties if they cant be bothered to reply to tickets.

Seriously thinking of just cutting my losses at some point and spending my money with another company.

They need to give long warranties otherwise you would pass away while waiting for a response.

While I can be accused (rightfully in some ways) of being a shill since I stayed with them (last time most likely) I do encourage people to seek alternate routes to show their displeasure. It's your computer don't compromise if you don't want to, and sticking with Corsair at this time would fall into that area.

You're right, you shouldn't have to but maybe that is the only way to get anything sorted.
