This is my first thread and I'm ridiculously rusty. Unfortunately, my H100i fell within the realms of the units they recalled. I created an RMA support ticket at the start of the week but I'm yet to hear anything? I understand that it's only just over the targeted 2 working day response time but I'm incredibly anxious to get the ball rolling with the RMA.
