Default Corsair CMFSL3X1 rma

Hi I placed on order for Corsair CMFSL3X1 Flash Voyager Slider X1 USB 3.0 Capless Sliding Flash Drive - 128 GB and it was ORDER PLACED 24 March 2017 on amazon uk. I was told to contact you. You see your Corsair CMFSL3X1 Flash Voyager Slider X1 USB 3.0 Capless Sliding Flash Drive - 128 GB seems not to be preforming that well after 2 years its now showing sign of not working properly as when i try to copy anything over it does copy over but its like it has mouse wheel its really slow and not fast. I have tired to reformat it but it did still doing it after a reformatting. On the box it said it had a 5 year manufacturer warranty so its only been 2 years and its now not working correctly. Today the pen drive is not being regisned by windows 8.1 laptop and on my windows 10 desktop. I would like to send this Bck to you for rma for further testing and if possible can you help me with rma. If some from corsair can give me uk phone number or working email so that i can proceed with rma.

I have done that 10 day's ago and no one has replayed to my support ticket. One suggesting to add to your website is live chat feature and they are are plenty of free live chat for websites out their.
