Problem with icue and Iron Claw wireless

Hi everybody

I am using a wireless ironclaw mouse with icue but I have a problem that the icue software problem sometimes disappears automatically without any reason. icue icon and battery are still in the taskbar but when i hover over it disappears. I have tried many versions but still cannot fix it causing a lot of inconvenience because icue sometimes disappears when I'm playing the game and the macros I attach to the mouse button also disappear along with custom dpi. I use win 10 and the log file is attached. someone please help me with this error thanks a lot :[pouts::[pouts:

See the thread below. The best going theory is it relates the current firmware version for the dongle/mouse. Some have stopped the issue by rolling back to a an earlier version. I don't have the issue on the SlipStream BETA firmware that is also different.

I am currently using software version 3.21.88

My dongle firmware is v0.9.40

My mouse firmware is v1.14.102

and the problem is still happening today. do you know how to return to mouse firmware v0 11.80 or where can I download this file I use force update in the software but it cannot take me back to exactly that version

No one? Corsair pls .................

Has anyone encountered this error on windows 7 or know which other channel I can report this error because it seems that nobody supports it? If yes, please answer for me.
