Google it, read the Microsoft forums and maybe try downloading it from .dll distribution websites. Be careful with those, though, their comercials tend to have a lot of fake download links. You can get it straight from Microsoft here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784 What version of CUE are you using? I'll let Corsair know about the issue.
