Raised a request but no response as yet

Hi, I purchased a refurb MP500 SSD from Corsairs site and have received a damage product.

 

I've raised a ticket under #2000450275 but as yet haven't had any contact to arrange a replacement.

 

could someone look at this for me please?

 

apologies if delay is due to any public holiday etc.

Hello, I will have one of our tech support agents look into your ticket to see if they can assist you.

i'ts now 5 working days since I submitted my ticket and no response to it.

 

I think its reasonable to at least expect a response within that time. This is very frustrating, particularly where I have been sent a defective product.

I'm sorry about that, I was able to get an agent to get the ball rolling on your ticket. They are trying to get another thing done on your ticket as well regarding a label, so please give them a bit more time to get that resolved.

can you clarify the part about the label? should I wait before sending it off myself?

A return label is attached to your ticket, it should be an attachment on the last reply.

Apologies to come back again on this one,

 

I have sent the disk back and is showing as delivered to the return address on 25/06 but there is no update on the ticket since.
