Surely there's something else going on than just the on/off button though? I probably should of mentioned this before but this is the third time this issue has occurred. The first two times it broke, the headset just happened to fix itself somehow after a few weeks and when it does, the on/off button is completely functional again. This time, it's been over a month or so and it's still not working. If it were just the on/off button, it would be charging normally, still able to stay on when it's unplugged and not have to update the firmware every time I want to use it.

But idk, if nothing helps then I'll probably see if I could get it replaced; seems like the easiest thing to do at this point.
