So every time I want them to reply to me, I have to write here about it? One reply per week for 3 weeks already I still have no status of what’s happening with my headset. Last time I heard back from your team was on 16th and 6th of November.

You shouldn't have to write on the forums to receive a reply back from the support ticket, but from what I am seeing is that there is an investigation that is still on going with our logistics team. I will help you by asking one of the agents to push your ticket through and get your RMA moved to the next step.

Can you let me know what is the next step, how long it will take longest. And what is the step afterwards? I hope you understand my worries. Thank you.
