c-attack Posted August 31, 2019 Share Posted August 31, 2019 Yes. The little micro-bubbles will slowly dissipate over the next 24 hours or so. Make sure you don't fill the reservoir to the very tip-top as to leave a bit of air. If for whatever reason they don't go away, you can do a partial drain of the reservoir only if your drain is on the pump/res. I have done it before where I drain the coolant right back into my fill bottle and put in back in the top. The air bubbles go away in the process. c-attack Posted September 1, 2019 Share Posted September 1, 2019 Those micro-bubbles on the sides of the reservoir can be very “sticky”. You don’t get a lot of agitation up there at they can stay quite a while. The quick reservoir only drain into the fill bottle and right back in will usually do it.
