NickPods
Hi, I am kinda new to this whole forum thing so do excuse me if I mess this post up some how. I have had my Strafe for just over a year now but have noticed that NUM 0 does not work correctly with me having to push harder after bottoming out the key to get it to register, anyway that is beside the point. I have submitted an RMA but have discovered that the Strafe has in fact been discontinued. Is there anyway of me knowing what replacement keyboard I will get or will they just repair the NUM 0 key? Many thanks, Nick

anthrakz
If my experience is any sort of indication, they will refund of the value of the keyboard minus a pro-rated amount for the time you used the keyboard.
Corsair Employee Corsair Wootaru Posted December 13, 2019 Corsair Employee Share Posted December 13, 2019 Hello, If you are asking for a refund, there are no prorated charges on the amount you've paid for the device, and is subject to an approval process. If you are processing an RMA you would be given the same unit, if not an alternate similar to your current unit.
