I have been waiting for 12 Days now for a response Support at Corsair has become a bit of a joke. Why give long and lifetime warranties if they cant be bothered to reply to tickets. While I can be accused (rightfully in some ways) of being a shill since I stayed with them (last time most likely) I do encourage people to seek alternate routes to show their displeasure.
