There is a wonderful tool PE2USB, that can make the bootable flash drive, for sample: Live images of Windows PE. The utility have not been updated a long time and has a large shoal, it does not work with flash drive larger than 4GB. Often after format we look pretty error message: "FormatEx Error[11]: An Error Occurred Formating the Drive"

Incidentally, bumped at the source of this program ... make little bit magic around it - and miracle!... now we can boot from 4GB or more flash drive, I test it on my 8Gb flash drive, and my joy is not the limit! I think acquisitions flash drive at 32Gb and use it as main drive, instead HDD for a large Notebook.

Flash Drive now formatted as NTFS.
MBR has been changed to the standard for hard disks 2000/XP/2003
