I wrote a response, but didn't hit submit... What number are those two fans plugged into? I'd try moving the RGB fan hub and Lighting Node Pro onto a new segregated SATA line.

Are the fans on the AIO connected to the same RGB fan hub as your exhaust fan or are they connected to the cooler? If they're on the same hub, you may have a bad fan plugged in. Can you try testing...
