H80i issues

I have a H80i and would like to post what I have learned in the past week.

System installed fine:
Fans noisy so I got new ones (PWM) had to update firmware because H80i didn't support PWM fans....

All PWM fans have to be built to a Itel Standard http://www.formfactors.org/developer/specs/4_Wire_PWM_Spec.pdf If the fan doesn't meet these specs it can't be called a "PWM" fan.
