Hi. So I bought a pair of Corsair virtuoso from a store that I've now given them back the headphones to test it for issues. They recommend me to write and see if this is an known issues for this product or if it might be caused by something different. I'm on the latest windows. I've teied to put the dongle in all other USB ports in north my pc and my laptop. Have the same isso on both computers. Totally random disconnect that won't reconnect until I restart the device and sometimes I need to put out the dongle and put it back in. What may be causing this? Thanks

Since last patch virtuoso rgb wireless won't change from red led, but will in wired mode. Tried to uninstall ICUE 3 times and restart pc everytime, no change so far. Please help out. How do you turn RGB off only when charging?

Hi team. I'm back with a little feedback on my current issue. When i start my pc, my ICUE profil won't be found and the color i've selected with the profile is not there. I need to open the app for it to change from "unavailable" my profile "Virtuoso (1)" It's super annoying to do this every time i start my computer. Sometimes the app itself won't open and i need to force close it from Task Manager for it to work. Dongle Firmware V. 016.80 Firmware V. 0.17.149

- Would like to see one profile for "wired" and one for "wireless mode". I would like this to switch automaticly when connecting with the USB-C cabel. It could by default be the same settings, but if you want to change anything in "wired mode", it should stay for the "wired mode's" settings. And the other way around. I want RGB shut down right away when charging but i want it on when using it on wireless mode. - The only thing other than that i also want to be able to tell battery life by procent.
