I opened a ticket and asked for 1.1.4 but they point blank refused to give it to me. I had to roll back to 1.1.0 instead, which is what ships with the previous version of the link software.

Yes I would tend to agree. I don't have any 'linkable' devices like PSU's or AIO's attached so I don't have the same problems as others here, thank god. This product really has been an epic failure...

Also you can't change profiles by right-clicking the icon in the system tray, you have to open up the app - something else which is annoying.
