READ ALL THE WAY TO THE END!!!
I have found the issue! After 2 hours of messing around and thinking, I made a connection to the issue where the Corsair AIO was not working when I installed it. It turns out to be the Steam application. The issue with the AIO was that Steam was conflicting with Corsair iCue. With that being said, I moved the Corsair folder to the Program Files (Not the x86 one) and gave it a shot. It opened up but failed to detect my AIO and Fans. I then went back to the x86 file and searched for anything that has "Corsair" in it. I found lots of things linked to the games I had in Steam that had "Corsair" in it. All I did was uninstall the game and moved the Corsair folder back into the Program Files (x86) folder and started Corsair. It worked! Everything was detected and iCue opened up like it was supposed to! I recommend others to try this out to see if the issue is fixed for them.
