Don't run any other monitoring tools that can read the cooler's native sensors. If you do, disable it from connecting to the cooler (you can do this in HWInfo, not sure about HWMonitor).

DO NOT put 3 way splitters on the Commander Pro. Limit yourself to 2-way splitters. We've seen multiple failures from this.

That cable won't work with Corsair fans. Corsair uses Molex SL series...

Yes. The fans with the H150 won't be RGB. The HD120 fans will come with a fan hub. Connect the fan hub to the Commander Pro and you'll be good.
