see if you can make a text popup when hoovering over the links in the sidebar. Could be handy for the "new" guys or gals, who dont know what certains links are for.

Vista 64bit can see and use 4GB.

As for the dram speed...its not relevant to the O.S you're using ;):

Shutdown the computer, insert the new modules and then clear the CMOS. if the system start all you need to do is to set the dram voltage to 1.9 volt.
