Same problem here! Asus Rampage IV Black Edition x79 chipset, 4960X CPU, ASUS Strix GTX980 GPU I was struggling with black screen problem since I've installed Windows 10 few weeks ago. I was going to revert back to Win 7, which didn't had that problem. But i found that the Corsair software is causing the issue. I've disabled Corsair Link and it seams that problem is gone. Hope that someone can find some workaround.
