  1. I think you are confused. This post has nothing to do with keyboard issues. The bug causes the temperature monitoring/graphing in iCue to freeze and flatline. This disables iCue's ability to monitor temperatures and adjust fan speeds accordingly. It has been suggested that this may be caused by using custom fan curves.
  2. Like many others I created a small PowerShell script to set all iCue services to high priority on startup. This may not work for everyone, some say changing the priority lowers the frequency of the dashboard freezing but for myself it completely stops.
  3. Is anyone here having this issue and not using the Commander Pro?
  4. It is my understanding that the iCue application needs to be running in order to control your system.
  5. Good, let us know if it keeps working. This may be useful info for the development team.
  6. I will think twice before buying Corsair products that require software of any kind. As mentioned above, going into the task manager and setting the 3 Corsair services to high seems to resolve the issue for me, although it is annoying to have to do every time I boot.
  7. I have manually set iCue and the three corsair services to high priority as you suggested. Yesterday I was able to play RE2 and CSGO for hours with no flat lining/freezing. I did not use any third party software. I will continue to test to see if this is a valid workaround. Was everything set to high priority when yours started freezing again? If so, that is disappointing. This thread is more than 6 months old. It is starting to seem like Corsair doesn't care or is incapable of resolving this issue.
  8. Here are my logs. I posted them earlier but did not have "debug logging" checked. A status update would be nice to at least manage our expectations...FrozenDashboard.zip
  9. No shame in bumping, this bug should definitely be high priority. This bug is frequent and renders iCue useless unless I am constantly restarting the service.
  10. The issue is still occurring as of iCue version 3.10.125. My dashboard freezes/flat lines. I lose control of my fans and H115i. I have to restart the service frequently. I have attached my iCue logs.FrozenDashboard.zip
  11. Yes, that is the only reasonable workaround that I have found. I just ended up turning off sleep altogether to save me the trouble.
