Suggest you do the basic fan 1 <-> 2 swap first to see if the issue stays on channel 1 or travels with the fans. Don't really want to take it all out for a crimped fan connector.

Could reset on iCUE updates (definitely roll backs) or every now and then the fan curves reset to default. Haven't seen that in a while, but if you are on Auto, you won't see it.
