  1. Does the 5000x have any distro plate we can use?
  2. I have a H115i Platinum as intake mounted on the top of a 500D SE RGB case. Are the included 120 LL fans the best for radiator or should I change to another set of RGB fans?
  3. UPDATE: Disregard this post, I just found some info myself that sheds light: "Fans must be plugged into the Corsair RGB Fan LED Hub in order, You must not miss ports out.. 3 fans? ports 1 to 3!."
  4. I have a new Corsair 500D SE RGB case. The 3x 120 LL RGB fans that come preinstalled work fine, they light up the RGB colors and spin fine, looks nice! The preinstalled fans are connected to the 1,2 and 3 ports of the commander pro hub and the led fan hub inside the case. I bought a new single 120 LL RBG fan to place in the back of the case as exhaust, I have it connected to port 6 of the commander pro and led fan hub because i cannot get the wires to reach number 4. Could this be the reason why it will not light up the 4th fan or does it not matter?
  5. anyways, I left it as is and tested my 9900K @ 5GHz -> 4.6GHz and it seemed to have hit a max temp of 70°C so I assume it is working OK.
  6. I have same issue with h115i Platinum cooler. The long fan screws do not go all the win and leaves the fan dangling from the radiator. I am top mounting the rad so that means the fans will fall onto the screw head leaving a gap between the rad and the fans and surely that can't be ideal for performance. Am I suppose to force tighten the fans and rad close with these long screws? Why arn't they the correct length. This is unacceptable for such expensive hardware.
  7. I ended up with the Corsair 500D SE RGB, not the 570X
  8. Thanks for your i sight Zotty, I will consider it when I build the case. Only reason I would have liked the H115i Plat. rad. top mounted was because I like the aesthetics of it the most lol But yeah, if I do have ram/vrm clearance issues then I may have to mount it on the front as intake correct? Another question, should I be adding them as push/pull configuration if I have the CPU rad as intake on the front or top and also if I have the GPU rad as exhaust in the rear. GPU AIO rad is 120mm. If push/pull is reccommended on both rads, what extra fans can I get to keep it pretty with RGB? :)
  9. Sorry not sure how I moved onto 500D SE RGB lol Anyways, I ended up buying just that case today so I will have to work with that. I really hope I can mount the H115i platinum up the top because I like it that way. And the GPU AIO rad will either go infront or in the rear.
  10. Sorry, are you saying the 500D RGB SE also does not loke 280mm rad uptop? And yes I also have the GPU AIO rad to contend with, although its much smaller rad.
  11. Edit, just saw that the 500D SE RGB is an improved version of the 570X, so I might grab that or just stick with my current Obsidian 750D case.
  12. Yes thats correct, mounted up top. I actually also want to mount uptop. That is how the setup is in my current Obsidian 750D case.
  13. I am looking at purchasing the Corsair Crystal series 570X case. I am also looking at 1. Asus Z390 Rog Strix-e motherboard 2. Corsair H115i Platinum Cpu cooler And I already have 3. MSI RTX 2080 Ti Sea Hawk X. Does anybody know if I will have any fitment issues. I tried researching this and it seems that another person has also got the Asus Z390 STRIX-E motherboard and a Corsair H115I cooler and the Corsair 570X case, and he had to cut off some of the metal heat sink shrouding from the motherboard to properly fit the AIO cooler fans in. I don't want to have to be doing any of that or I might grab a different case
