One last thing you can try before going through an RMA, cycling the battery. Fully drain the battery until it will no longer power on. Charge the headset with it off and uninterrupted.

It's a new entry level gaming sensor from Pixart that sits inbetween both of those models. You have a wider DPI range than the 3325, but don't have the 1DPI adjustment past 100DPI like the 3360.
