Strange then heh, possibly just the software being weird. Definitely only have 3 fans in atm (2 radiators, one lower front). The gpu fans are shown separately and are correct as they only kick in...

Haven't done much tweaking instead of setting the overall profile to Quiet. Default is a bit noisy when I'm just browsing etc.

Happy to say that with v4.9.1.23, the above issue is completely resolved. The software installed and works fine :)

This was for Windows 7 Ultimate x64 btw.

I'm not sure about the H100i, but with my H80i V2 I needed only to plug it into the CPU_FAN header. Check your instructions.
