Have you tried rearranging the fans on the fan hub? Try putting fan 2 & 6 or 3 & 6. The fans operate in series so one bad/flaky fan can impact the rest of the fans on the hub.

Yes ... kinda.
You do have some Lighting Link effects that work sequentially (Color Wave, Visor) but you don't have control over the order of the devices.
