Thanks for the answer. The pump runs constantly at 3800 rpm. I've already tried it lower and the temps went a little higher at 2000 rpm, I guess I have to get used to the idea that the Ryzen are simple hotheads and the Intel get out of their heads because I do it I'm used to being really cooler.

Thanks for the quick reply, I'm aware that it's overkill, but it was partly a gift 🙂 The bios is up to date and on the Agesa 1.2.0.7. So I can continue to work with peace of mind, at these temperatures? I ran the fans at 100% as a test, but didn't notice any difference. However, I have also seen Lian Li DK05X cases where all the fans are facing inwards

Hello, I think I have a small temperature problem with my AMD 5950x. To the system Case is Lian Li DK05x, the AMD 5950x is installed on an ASUS Dark Hero X570. Only the AMD 5950x is cooled with the water cooling, which consists of a Corsair Hydro X Series XD5, 2x 360 Corsair XR7 thin radiators, an XR7 480 radiator, and a Corsair XC7 Pro CPU block. Noctua Noctua NF-A12x25 PWM sit on the radiators and run at 1450rpm, the pump at 4000rpm. With simple tasks, such as Firefox and Photoshop, the CPU easily tears out to 55-70 degrees from 35 - 45 degrees idle, according to ICue 1.10 - 1.47. Water temperature currently 31-32 degrees, at about 30 degrees room temperature. The system contains about 3 liters of Corsair XL5 Transparent. Front left and right 6x fans in, rear left 4 out, rear right 3 out, so actually a constant air flow. If I run Prime, the temperature goes down to between 55-62 degrees. What am I doing wrong? Shouldn't the system run cooler? I had a 10980xe before and the water temperature was never higher than 28 degrees.

Hello, i have Lian Li DK-05x Desk Case and was able to mount the XD5 RGB Pump inside it, placed in the middle and attached it directly to the underside of the table with the bracket supplied, as it were stated in the manual. My System is a 10980xe, stable at 4,9ghz allcore. I use 1x 480mm XR7 and 2x 360mm XR7 for cooling the CPU. My only is problem is the Noise Level of the Pump, if i run them over 2100rpm, it get really loud :( It is my second XD5, because the first was defect on arrive, so how can get i quieter or did i something wrong? Die Schnellverschlüsse würde ich zwischen Radiator > CPU Block > Pumpe verwenden, da ich ich evtl auf Alder Lake oder doch den 5950x von AMD in den nächsten Monaten wechsle und da der Umbau einfacher wäre, ohne alles abzulassen, da ich nicht weiß wo ich den Ablasshahn in meinen Case verbauen soll, ohne noch extra zu bohren Die GPU wird ja nicht mit in den Kreislauf aufgenommen, die Strix ist kühl genug:)

Danke für die Antwort, Vcore is auf 1,35V, drunter stürzt er ab und LLC is Level 7. Auf 5 Ghz geht er locker auf 90° bei voller Auslastung hoch und die Flüssigkeit bei der H150i steigt dann mal locker auf knapp 55 Grad von normal, 22°. :( Montiert sind 6 Lüter und ein gade Luftdurchzug nach hinten, ziehen 3 Lüfter die Luft gerade raus. Ich hab jetzt 2x Alphacool NexXxoS XT45 Full Copper für 90€ erstanden. Da werd ich mir denke noch einen 480er holen, den XC9 COU Block und die XD5 Pumpe, dann doch lieber. Vielleicht kannst du mir helfen, ich würde gerne den CPU vom Rest schnell trennen via Schnellverschlüsse, nur weiß ich absolut nicht welche für Softtube gut sind. Ich würde gern evtl. die schwarzen TPV Soft Tubes von Alphacool verwenden oder andere, aber langlebig und schwarz sollten sie sein. :) Hardtube kommt nicht in Frage, da ich evtl. in 6 Monaten wieder Mainboard und CPU wechsle

Hallo, aktuelle hab ich folgendes System Lian Li DK-05X Tischgehäuse Intel 10980xe Rampage Extreme Encore ASUS 3090 Strix OC Kühlen möchte ich eigentlich nur den 10980xe, da mir meine H150i Temperaturmäßig bei 5Ghz AllCore nicht ausreicht. Nun habe ich ein paar Fragen :) 1. Kann die auf dem Lian Li DK-05X Pumpen Halterung Montieren? Siehe Bild unten rechts https://static-data2.manualslib.com//pdf7/179/17868/1786764-lian_li/images/dk05_4_bg.jpg bzw. kann diese auch evtl. auch liegend betrieben werden? Finde dazu leider nichts :( 2. Verbaut werden sollen 2x Alphacool PreFilled 360 Radiatoren, diese sind ja mt dem Alphacool Eiswasser Crystal Clear vorgefüllt https://www.alphacool.com/shop/kuehlfluessigkeiten/eiswasser/22876/alphacool-eiswasser-crystal-clear-uv-aktiv-fertiggemisch-1000ml?c=22506 und laut Corsair Produktseite nicht kompatibel. Kann ich diese verwenden oder sollte ich sie lieber mit XL5 von Corsair neu befüllen? Ja die Radiatoren reizen mich wegen dem Schnellverschluss der Softtubes, da ich so mal schnell einfach etwas einfügen oder wechseln kann. Vielen Dank im Vorraus.

So hat alles super funktioniert :) mit dem getauschtem Ram gibts auch keine Probleme booetet, sofort ohne Probleme und keine Freezes

Thank you for being a Corsair customer! Kind regards, Corsair Customer Service" Zugestellt wurde bei mir nichts und DHL war auch nicht da. Zu mal laut Sendungsstatus noch garnicht unterwegs ist :( Jetzt bin ich völlig verwirrt.
