hi, i just want to say thankyou for adding these few pictures, it helped me massively and worked perfect - i just started at the bottom removing the green screws and move it out the way alittle then took out the blue one. The only thing i can add to this is i had to undo a cable tie on the left as my wires never had as much play - some may get away with it, other may heve to replace the cable tie. overall very easy thanks to these few images. thanks again.😁

ok, it would appear like i have a fault, turned to the forums and as usualy found a solution - just ordered a samsung 980Pro 1TB with heatsink as a replacement. couple of questions can people point me in the direction of a youtube video which will help me keep my pictures/ downlaods & documents etc off my C drive? I think ive figured out how to but windows onto a USB from my laptop to plug in for the windows install. (not worried about games etc i can just download them again) Is the extension cable more important than the replacement SSD if so does anyone have alink for a good one in the UK? I will watch a few videos and if i still feel way out my depth I will just take it to a shop to be done. while i am here does anyone else have issues downloading IQUE full stop as in it will not work at all or could that also be part of this error? The BSOD message i get says - critical process died Kind regards, Tom

can anyone help me with this i IQUE - never seems to pic up the i164 so the lights just stay white - im not sure if this is down it it needing a update bios to work better alongside ique or not. I also have stated getting a BOSD - it happens randomly then the system restarts and its fine... i dont even get a chance to get the code etc? Should i RMA the unit as there is still a small amount of warrenty on it or are these a coupld of simple updates / fixes

NOTE:- I had this issue back in march then it decided to work all by itself the next for some reason and it has been fine until yesterday. I am assuming something needs updated or somthing. Hi Everyone Can someone please help me / why is this happening, it must be a simple fix??? I have everything Corsair to support the brand and keep my system all uniform for my OCD. I have tried to download corsair IQUE4 - 3 to 4 times now and each time i try to open iQUE, it shows on my screen for about 7 seconds then closes (seems to show a picture of the ST100 headset stand) The whole point in my having all matching corsair stuff is so i can link up the RGB and it all works fine everytime / looks clean on my desk etc. I am currently having a RGB catastrophe - red-white keyboard / rainbow stand / white i164 / red MM800 / rainbow mouse I can't cope its doing my head in!!!! and its PUBG sunday, I'm supposed to be getting them Winner Winner Chicken Dinners!!! 😆

I have just got the Corsair one which has fresh window home installed on it - it also had corsair ique on but when i tried to open it it open then froze everytime (came up stopped working) i looked for the update for ique then noticed ique 4 had been released - i uninstalled the old corsair ique and downloaded the new ique4 from corsair website thinking the new up to date version will fix my issue. This seems to open for 3-4 seconds then close all by its self and i don't know why? Has anyone had this issue before? I have also downloaded the following for work/gaming, dunno if this will make a difference:- steam paint.net pdf editor office 365 - downloading as i post I dont have any games downloaded yet.

replaced it for a like for like unit - now working fine - for reference if anyone else gets the same issue

Ok, can anyone help me? specs:- rampage VI extreme i9 7980XE 1080ti poseidon 64GB DDR4 CORSAIR PRO RGB corsair AX1200i PSU My pc will run perfect fine then just switch off completely - it seem to try and re-start for all of 1 second and stop again. it seems to run longer when on the web (youtube/ facebook etc) but when i play games (only really play PUBG) after 3-4 games it cuts off. when it first happened i went to my mates house thinking it was the PSU - we plugged in it at his and it worked ok again (never switched off while there.) i went to a local store and bought a replacement kettle leaad assuming it must of been a faulty lead causing the issue but it has not done it again (only difference being now i have the new lead it will come back and work for 30-40 mins before shutting off again) Am i right in thinking this is the PSU? i think i am going to buy one and try it out? f it was the motherboard or CPU would it not fault different apposed to work perfectly then just shut off? i have downloaded the MSI after-burner and checked my temps as it is water cooled it is sitting around 50 deg CPU and 53 deg GPU (google suggest this is fine) Any help would be great, Thanks, Tom.

thi hasppens for me to, i never used to have to have i cue open to play pubg, now if i dont manually open it after opening the game i cant use mouse buttons in game, movement and shooting is there but vault is not. really annoying, randomly closes aswell which is ****e.

sorry mate yes i am uk based. still on the fence with making the job as it gonna cost a good £300-£400 more to complete.
