  1. hi guys, it seems to me that corsair doesnt care about this issue at all. i've posted about this issue way back in 2017 whereby i unboxed a new kb in front of my local distributor for corsair when i did my exchange for 2 keyboards for the same issue. check this thread. https://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=170149 i did not get any followups from anyone saying they're gonna do something about it. the new replacement had these cracked stems right out of the box. its pretty clear a design flaw out of their factory unless someone has a better idea? whats the point of keep giving customers replacements when you DONT FIX THE ROOT CAUSE OF THE ISSUE?! oh and corsair my keyboard is out of warranty, sending me a replacement will not do anything! the replacement will also fail if you dont change the way they are made! you are just creating more junk for the landfill! thanks but no thanks.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
  2. Hey guys, I'm also facing the similar issue, reference this thread: http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=165735 I got a K70 RGB LUX as a replacement for my original K70 RGB LED failing about dec 2016 last year and already having lots of keycaps having the hairline crack and only 1 keycap has completely failed. i suppose the other keycaps are gonna fail sooner or later due to the cracks. are these like a manufacturing defect or something? i'm pretty careful with my keyboard usage and don't hammer on the keys like a madman... thanks!
  3. Hi Corsair, how about a toggle checkbox for 'do not check for updates' since blocking the corsair CUE software from connecting to internet causes CPU to spike reference: http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=143251 Thank you!
  4. i don't think u can switch off the numlock etc keys off, as they are essential indicators, think corsair mentioned they cannot be disabled/changed colors somewhere. HTH.
