I have tested both of the fans that do not work properly, I have tested them one by one and the fan with one LED that display still has the same issue and the other fan the LEDs won't even light up....

I see it, I mean if it holds the fans then why not, there’s no harm, I believe the rear fan is held like this, with the smaller screws.

You can try it with the longer screws and attaching the fans...

No problem, if the dust filter is stuck then I’d imagine the placement for the bottom and top fans are not correct, you must make sure the fans are all the way in.

Remove the fans and start over....
