Check that the USB is connected properly. I cannot tell you how easy it is with the CoPro to have them off.

Do you have any other monitoring tools installed and/or running, particularly HWInfo?

And ... don't forget to use the temp sensors with the CoPro to control case fans!! Base your case fan curves on the actual case temperatures.

Yes, a PWM splitter will be fine.
Just make sure that the header and the splitter are both 4-pin PWM and that the header is set to PWM mode. That will ensure that you have a constant 12V.

For the strips, you'll need a Lighting Node Pro. No way around that.
