  1. I managed to get it back by tricking the software to uninstall itself, because the repair wouldn't work
  2. This software is such a pain to update. When I update via the software, it starts to download, gets stuck half way, then asks me to reboot. When it reboots, it doesn't load in the taskbar and gets rid of the shortcut on the desktop. When I install it again, it says the folder isn't empty, then says the software is already installed, when I click "Open" it says "\iCue doesn't exist.....I mean, what is going on here?
  3. I know that this headset is compatible with the PS5 using the wired method i.e. USB cable, but is the wireless dongle compatible that came with it, compatible with the PS5 so it can be used wireless mode?
  4. OK, I've seen some videos that show iCue with the headphones
  5. I think they disconnect when charging, but not too certain. Have you read the manual?
  6. Depends on where you keep the microphone. If you don't look after it and just lay it on the floor or somewhere it can get broken, then yes, detachable microphones can get broken Also, can you answer me this question, are you using iCue with this headset? If so, is the quality of the microphone controlled by iCue? I've tried asking that question in my thread, but no one seems to know
  7. It also controls lighting. I saw a YT video where it showed equalisers, I'm not too sure to be honest. Just the interface looked like iCue
  8. Are Corsair headphones/headsets sound quality controlled by iCue? Just want to know
  9. Does that mean I can get rid of Aura Sync?
  10. According to the iCue log: iCUE version: 3.38.61
  11. For some strange reason the iCue software keeps crashing I am using an ASUS motherboard, do I need to use Aura Sync software?
  12. This is a good mouse, the only problem is that it feels tiny. I have to cramp my mouse using hand in order to use it. Though I'm not an expert in orthopaedics or a doctor, I do feel that this isn't as ergonomic as possible because of the tiny size
  13. its not for you to decide who's offended by anything, now is it? As far as I know, iCue isn't a diagnostic software
  14. I wish people would stop using the word "spazzing". You said you tried iCue on your laptop but showed no issues, I know this may sound a dumb question, but does that mean it didn't do the same thing on your laptop? If not, then the issue is with your hardware on your main pc This is why I have a spare keyboard, in case things like this happen. I know its a rarity, but you never know
