  1. Just to cover the basics, make sure you are using a USB data cable and not just a USB power cable. Ask me how I know!
  2. Now that Corsair has acquired Drop keyboards, I'm wondering if an icue compatible PCB will be offered as an upgrade for existing Drop keyboards. I would love to be able to tie my Drop Ctrl low profile into my icue lighting architecture.
  3. Dear Corsair, I know a 200mm double 90 degree icue link cable exists because I have seen several youtube tech reviewers with them. They are apparently packaged with the icue link AIO. I'm running an air cooler and need to connect fans on either side of the cooler. A double 90 degree cable would be perfect for this. How soon will these double 90 degree cables be added to the store for sale to the general public?
  4. Done that. Currently the Nexus is plugged in to a 3.0 USB port on the motherboard.
  5. Please share the solution, it could help others.
  6. I previously had icue 4.26.110 installed on my PC controlling my case/RAM/keyboard LEDs. Installed a new icue Nexus plugged into the pass through USB port on the back of my K70 RGB MK.2 keyboard. Nexus powers up goes through what looks like a boot sequence and ends with a down arrow pointing to an up turned [. icue does not see the Nexus so I have no Nexus tile on the main screen of icue. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling icue but it still does not see the Nexus. No idea what to try next. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
  7. I have had it with the stupid Corsair link and lighting node pro which is unfortunate since I love Corsair products in general. My thought now is to cut off all the lighting node RGB plugs from all my Corsair fans and solder on standard 4 pin female RGB connectors so I can plug them in to the MB RGB ports and run the show with Mystic light. Then I can throw the lighting node crap in the trash and uninstall the link software that reports erroneous CPU temps anyway. At this point all I need to know is if the fan LEDs are 5v or 12v. I already have a supply of the standard female 4 connector RGB plugs ready to install.
  8. Hello all! My first PC build in nearly 40 years and wow how things have changed. I built a new game PC to play with since I retired. The mother board is an MSI X470 Gaming Plus and my power supply is a Corsair TX650M. The build is finished and is running well. The MSI X470 MB is equipped with an 8 pin power connector labeled "CPU_PWR1" and a 4 pin power connector labeled "CPU_PWR2". Supplied with the power supply were a number of modular power cables one of which was marked "CPU" and consisted of a single 8 pin connector obviously for the MB 8 pin power connector. Nowhere in the PS bundle of modular cables did I find a 4 pin CPU power cable. My question is, is the 4 pin CPU power connector necessary? I suspect not. Any insight will be appreciated!
